25% non-refundable deposit due by January 31, 2026 to reserve your space
Additional 25% deposit due by February 14, 2026
Remaining 50% balance due by March 1, 2026

Your reservation is only confirmed once the initial deposit is received. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
